The Vice President of Social Entrepreneurship, Technology, and Business Institute (SETBI) and co-founder of the College Behind Bars, Atty. Susan P. Cariaga paid a courtesy visit to the DPPF Regional Superintendent CCSUPT JULIE MAY C TAGUIAM LLB early this morning14 May 2021 at the Office of the Regional Superintendent.
The College Behind Bars is set to bring opportunity for persons deprived of liberty for a free access to college education while being incarcerated through a Memorandum of Agreement between the SETBI, Davao del Norte State College (DNSC), and the Bureau of Corrections (BuCor).
Atty. Cariaga expressed her deep gratitude for the unending support of DPPF administration to SETBI and to PDLs who are determined to acquire a college education while serving time in this penal institution.
