The Project FORTH event funded by the European Commission and the Erasmus + Programme of the European Union (EU) and participated by four (4) universities Visited College Edcuation Behind Bars Davao City Jail campus on 29 March 2023 The Project FORTH (Formation of Teachers in Emerging Challenged Areas in the Philippines) which the University of Southeastern Philippines, aims to develop a network of Teacher Education Institutions (TEIs), Non-government Organizations (NGOs), and other stakeholders in creating a system of quality motivation and support to teacher training in identified emerging challenged areas in the Philippines.Recognize that the College Education Behind Bars (CEBB) is an education offered in challenged areas, and we deem it an opportune time for our guests to visit the facility and witness how the University delivers quality education to Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL).
